What are some meaningful ways to contribute as a newbie?

Having worked only on typical capitalist companies, I would like to be involved with the coops in some small capacity. Can anyone point me towards meaningful ways to get involved / contribute?

For context: I’m a backend dev with ~12 years of experience having worked on multiple stacks (most recently Elixir, go).

I also came across this old thread but most of the links are broken now.

@ajayvigneshk this is more “CoTech adjacent” but if you’ve got spare cycles, I’m actively trying to get Golang folks onboard to hack along on the command-line tool of https://coopcloud.tech and we’ve budget to hand out for the work (pending decision making)!
