It came up in the Monthly Governance call about possibly trialling the use of meet.coop
Meet.coop is an online meeting co-operative. You can find more about it here: Meet.coop
There are different service levels and it’s possible to trial it using their free demo server - any one can have access to this & then from trialling it, we’d like discuss the possibility of CoTech becoming a member of meet.coop
On the higher production servers it is possible to have unlimited users, unlimited calls/rooms going at the same time and the cost of this would be £90 a month, with a minimum of 3 months use.
What would everyone’s thoughts be on trialling it?
