Got a request for short term support with the following:
we are looking for some support on information architecture and UX for a knowledge management system we are setting up within Salesforce. We’ve identified a skill gap in our team for these two things so we are looking for some short term support to help us organise our knowledge content, so that people can find and utilise resources to help them carry out their tasks and build capacity, and to present this in an intuitive way for the user.
