PressCoin currently has an ICO and again it is a cryptocurrency but this time with the aim to change the nature of how the media is funded.
I haven’t really got my head fully around it but the reason I think it is worth mentioning here is that one of the main people behind it is Nafeez Ahmed, an excellent journalist who I have been following for many years (he is perhaps best known for being sacked by the Guardian for writing about gas off the coast of Gaza).
