Parent user testers wanted!

England Netball has commissioned us here at Outlandish (a digital cooperative) to explore ways to improve the experience of their membership purchase journey.

We’re keen to get input from parents based in the UK, whose children attend sports activities outside of school (or might be interested in doing so).

This is your chance to help use your insights and experiences to help young people into sport and taking exercise. As a token of our appreciation, you’ll also receive a £15 gift voucher to a shop of your choice after the interview :partying_face:

What’s involved?

  • A video call using Google Meet
  • The call will last 45-60 minutes
  • We’ll ask some background questions about you and your needs
  • You will be asked to share your screen and shown a website, then asked to carry out some tasks online
  • We’ll chat to you about your experience as you go
