Hi all,

Some folks in a Collaborative Technology Alliance call yesterday were interested in governance for tech cooperatives so I shared our (CoLab Cooperative’s) bylaws with them. Wanted to share here in case anyone else was interested!

I thought it was kind of unnecessarily nerdy at first to keep our bylaws in GitHub but it’s actually prtty cool because it adds a layer of transparency in being able to see the changelog and how the bylaws have been updated over time.

Hope this is useful to some of you folks doing cooperative development around tech!

Thanks for sharing - I was just looking for documentation like this. You’re saving me a ton of queries by publishing these.

I would like to use this for our co-op’s bylaws but I didn’t see a license file in the project.
