A group of FLOSS developers have released their Beta of Suite Numerique:
It’s a complete replication of the functionality of GoogleDocs.

They received funding from the French and German governments to create the software.
Their main website is hosted in the EU, but the software can be self-hosted.
As it’s only in Beta, they’ll be looking for feedback, as well as being an opportunity for ethical paid programming work.
We’re currently playing with this. Can offer managed hosting of the beta if anyone wants to try it.
I’ll mention this to the people from Sensorica.
They currently work mostly within the Google tech-stack, but that’s not really reliable today, so i’ve been exploring a range of alternatives, which is why i came across this tech.
