I am posting here at the suggestion of a member.
I am looking for work as a system adminstrator, devops or developer.
I’ve worked as the system administrator of a cooperative. I was taking care of DNS, emails, a repository, mailing lists and a website.
I also have experience with deploying my own instances e.g. Jitisi; if you’re an organisation trying to get started with using open source tools for file sharing, wiki, repository, CRM, helpdesk, internal chat etc — I can help.
If you’re a tech team looking for help, I’d also be happy to speak. I am getting started and have experience with setting up web servers with GNU/Linux, Nginx and Let’s Encrypt and I’d like to learn more. I’m trying to transition from a non-tech role to a tech role (I used to work in operation and marketing). Also, I am confortable using SSH and git and the command-line. In terms of language, I have worked a bit with C and Ruby on Rails for example.
