Is it acceptable to post jobs here at companies that have a commitment to employee ownership, but aren’t currently co-operatives?

Employee ownership model is very different to the coop model. I’ve seen employee owned companies listed in coops uk lists of biggest coops which makes no sense to me
I’m of the opinion that we stand more to gain from growing the coop community and welcoming those who are interested in transitioning to employee-ownership rather than turning away those who haven’t gotten it all right and do not yet have a functional coop governance system.

So the company I’m thinking of is currently only 20% employee-owned, but is trying to increase that proportion. They also have a strong commitment to inclusivity, diversity & collective team decision-making culture. Should I post the job here?

I imagine your chances of transitioning the company towards full employee ownership would be higher if you recruited talent from these forums, so I’d go for it.
