Hello all!
I’ve been delivering training on Sociocratic decision-making and its been going really well. I love doing it! Most recently I ran a session at the worker coop weekend for the federation’s Own The Future business accelerator programme. I split it into two and the first hour was just a presentation open to everyone on the fundamental principles and the consent process. It went down really well and I’m doing that same session now at the Coops UK Practitioners Forum later in the year.
I’ve decided to run this hour session more regularly at SPACE4 because we get so much interest and curiosity about Sociocracy. It’s a good introduction because in some ways I think the principles are useful to ANY group decision making process.
