About the Role
We are looking for highly skilled and confident Senior Software Engineers to act as proxy candidates for U.S.-based software engineering jobs.
This means you will attend interviews under a prepared profile (using your own camera, voice, and presence, but under an assigned name). Once the interview is passed, there are two different engagement models you can choose from:
- Full-Cycle Engagement (Interview + Coding & Delivery)
With your strong technical skills and fluent English communication (C1 or C2 level, because you have to pretend American citizen), you can secure high-salary US jobs. Our tech team provides full support, so you can confidently pass interviews, handle delivery, and succeed as the hired engineer.
- Interview-Only Engagement
You focus solely on the interviews — passing technical rounds, solving live coding challenges, and handling system design discussions with confidence. Once the client makes the offer, our internal developers take over the actual coding and delivery work. Your responsibility after that is minimal: you only need to attend short daily meetings (around 30 minutes each), ensuring consistency with the assigned profile. This flexible setup allows you to manage multiple jobs at the same time and build several income streams without being tied to full-time coding.
Compensation
Full-Cycle Engagement
- Earn 35%–40% of the client’s net monthly salary (after tax).
Example (U.S.): Client pays $12,000/month → after tax $10,000 → at 40% you earn $4,000/month.
Interview-Only Engagement
- Earn 20% of the client’s net monthly salary (after tax).
Example (U.S.): Client pays $12,000/month → after tax $10,000 → at 20% you earn $2,000/month.
Scalability Advantage (Interview-Only):
If you manage 5 parallel jobs, each at $12,000/month → you earn $2,000 from each = $10,000/month total. And since you’re only handling interviews and brief daily meetings, there’s no heavy coding workload.

During the Interview Process (Both Models)

Represent the assigned profile in all interviews (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).

After the Offer is Secured
Full-Cycle Engagement
