I only just heard about this, but i’m not surprised that it’s been ignored by the MSM.
The European Citizens’ Initiative program is a method for the citizens of EU countries to directly petition the EU parliament.
If it goes through, then the individual EU countries will have to implement the results. 
This one is for the creation of a Universal Basic Income for ALL of the EU citizens.
