We don’t have an employee agreement yet, but are working on it here:
We do have a contractor agreement, and an IP assignment agreement:

I’ve used the Open Employment Contract in previous organisations (although not co-ops) - might be a useful reference. The modular structure is helpful: https://github.com/frabcus/oec
