Consumers International – the leading global organisation working for consumer rights – is looking for a partner to develop a new ‘communities engagement platform’ to help excite our Members and the other stakeholders we work with.
We want to create a safe place for our community members to engage, to have exclusive access to forum style chats, private calls to action, to comments on our draft reports and be able to create bespoke personal profiles.
We need the platform to be interoperable with Salesforce which is our CRM, and have looked into plugins such as Open Social which we like the look of.
