Best email signature management

Curious about any opensource solutions but on this occasion the client is likely to be using Google.

Any recommendations for creating and managing email signatures for org with multiple offices?

I’m not sure if this is what you mean @Felix, but Google Mail has some support for switching and managing signatures built in:
