Heya tech coóperators, hope you’re all doing amazing.
I’m part of a new project, that’s already across 4 countries with the initial 4 members (Canada, South Africa, UK US). We’re planning on using Open Collective with a fiscal host for the very immediate future; we’re wondering where in the world to (first?) register as our next step after that.
Our first client will be in the US, but our second could be in any of our countries, or possibly elsewhere.
Anyone know any resources comparing the set-up / auditing / tax / etc. situation in different areas, or anybody faced a similar choice and got experiences to share?
