I gained experience of worker co-ops back in 1970s-1990s primarily in different London print co-ops. When i saw how CoTech was emerging I found this really exciting.
I have experience in the boring bureaucratic stuff (I got a BA in Social Enterprise) and have also been looking at the impact of Cybernetics on (self)-management theory, particularly the Viable Systems model.
