Anyone here deal with enterprise networks ? I’m in touch with a medium size company ( 4000 users, 1000 Pc’s, several sites).
They are looking for a vendor neutral advice regarding replacement of core network switching. Currently they are mixed HP/Huawei shop.
Core network is HP 5400zl switches, with Dell Equalogic SAN/ Vmware(Vsphere) virtualisation stack.
There is a budget of ~£60k for new switching, but in the first instance they are looking for consultancy on best upgrade paths from the current infrastructure.
