We, The Altered, are a worldwide community of independent hosts, global guests, and local neighbors united together in building a hospitality company we all own. Our company is building the ecosystem of tools and support our community needs to stay independent, book directly, and support each other.
Nicola (head of community), Sarah (head of advocacy), and I (head of company) are looking for a technical co-founder to join us and lead the development of the guest booking, payment, and data systems as well as the host property, revenue, and distribution management systems. We are pre-seed startup that just started generating revenue and intend to bootstrap for as long as strategically possible to protect the voting and profit rights of our community.
