Hi there, I am an IT professional based in the north east of England, and I am looking for remote work. I previously worked on the IT service desk of a housing association.

**Skills**  
Microsoft stack (Azure, AD, Intune, Sharepoint, Exchange etc)  
Explaining technical concepts to non technical people  
PowerBI Data analysis  
Digital forensics (not used in previous role)  
Virtualization (Not used in previous role, I maintain a home lab on business grade server hardware)  
Power Platform Development  
ITSM tooling (Alemba, Jira)  
Asset management (Alemba CMDB)
