Looks good. The inter-personal and work-generating networking aspect of shared workspaces is gotta be good. I certainly miss it now I have fewer colleagues than previously, even though I travel around a fair bit. I think we all miss it in the post-industrial areas, where big factories previously created big social networks (the human kind, not social media).
