Git is kinda scary for people, even developers, so sometimes you miss out on voices if you’re doing your discussion with this potential barrier to entry. That said, I’ve seen:
- GitHub - MichaelMure/git-bug: Distributed, offline-first bug tracker embedded in git, with bridges
- https://git.scuttlebot.io/%25n92DiQh7ietE%2BR%2BX%2FI403LQoyf2DtR3WQfCkDKlheQU%3D.sha256
Some other low-tech approaches:
- Open an etherpad (like pad.riseup.net) and just all collab in the page
- IRC + something like MeetBot - Debian Wiki
- Gitea Official Website - single binary github.com with issue tracker
