I can see how this could operate within the USA legal system, as it’s a simple extension of the existing Credit-Union network.
How could it be made compatible with the UK’s and the EU’s legal environments?
I can see how it could potentially be done, via the UK Credit-Union networks, and the legal requirements that they currently have, in relation to their member’s existing financial data, so it wouldn’t be much of a stretch to extend that approach to other forms of data.
