Collaborate on a Review of the LGA’s Digital Data and Technology Capability

Hey gang, we recently came across an opportunity with the Local Government Association. It’s the first of multiple phases of work. This first phase - Review of their data and technology - is not 100% within Outlandish’s wheelhouse, so we’re looking to collaborate with another coop on it who have complimentary skills. We’ve got quite a lot of what is needed but we’re looking for a coop who has demonstrable experience in:

  • IT infrastructure, security and resilience, skills development
  • Understanding of local gov (challenges and opportunities in a digital age)
  • Experience with councils, combined authorities, central gov departments
  • Familiarity with local gov data resources and platforms (LG Inform, CRM, data libraries, M365)

Let me know if this sounds like it might be up your street and we can take it from there.

Thanks.

My co-op can probably help with security and resilience. We also have IT infrastructure specialists like me.

Thanks @Yuliy . Have you done any work with Local Authorities or public sector organisations in the UK in the past?

Unfortunately, we haven’t worked with such organisations in the UK.

Hi Polly. We CBN have been advising LAs on digital infrastructure (fibre, data centres, 5G strategy) for years. We’ve worked with/for many of the big cities. Happy to collaborate.

Thanks Yuliy. For this we were really looking for an organisation who could point to some concrete examples of their work with local authorities here. We’re now collaborating with a client of ours on this project. Thanks for your answer though and hopefully there’s another opportunity to collaborate in the future.
