Any research linking mental health and co-ops?

Hey gang

A friend of mine got in touch to say:
I am speaking at Getahead Festival on the ‘Toxic Workplace’ and it would be great to make the (important) point that cooperative workplaces change the meaning of work, and so should be preferred on mental health (not to mention other) grounds.

He asked if I know of any research linking mental health and co-ops, and I don’t :slight_smile: so I wanted to ask if any of you do - ideally before the 14th.
